HOW IT WORKS

Customers can bring all items for shipment to our office for collection .

It is important that items be dropped at our office Mondays – Wednesday between 9am-5pm .

Flight leaves on Fridays weekly and shall take 7-10 working days to arrive doorstep . In event a delay occurs with uk customs clearance, this shall be communicated to customers accordingly .

Shipping Fees
Shipment to the uk doorstep is 4700 NGN / kg .
Fish – 5500 NGN / kg
Ponmo , meat etc 10,000 NGN / kg

Please reach out to the office before sending to us for collection.

Additional information
(1) we can pick up from home within Lagos and this attracts additional charges .
(2) kindly ensure items are well preserved as we will not be responsible for any items that spoils due to clearance delays .
(3) minimum kg for normal cargo is 10kg while any kg can be sent by express service . Kindly reach out to our office to determine which you prefer .

Additional fees
(1) Extra 2kg shall be added to all goods as airline pallet weight . It is mandatory and charged by the airline

(2) packing fee of 1500 NGN applies .

(3) Cartons must be paid for . Each carton charge is 1500 NGN .

(4) if sending liquids such as palm oil, perfumes please note that this shall be crated hence crating fees applies . Quantity determines price .
